Once again the CSB was privileged to support the Canada and Bermuda Territory’s annual commissioning of new officers, this year held on Saturday, June 20, in Toronto. A capacity audience was present at the Toronto Centre for the Arts to take in the event, led by Commissioner William W. Francis, territorial commander, Colonel Donald J. Copple, chief secretary, and featuring international guests Commissioners Ivan and Heather Lang from Australia who were present for the weekend.

The band's main contributions consisted of a solemn procession to start the meeting (Morley Calvert's My All Is On the Altar), the selection Let Everything Praise! (Martin Cordner), a more celebratory march-in (Montreal Citadel) as the new officers entered to receive their new appointments and various song accompaniments. It was a privilege to be a part of this significant event in the life of the territory.
